MEDICAL INFORMATION
First Aid may be required to be given to a child in physical discomfort. Parents are advised to inform the school authorities in writing, in case their child is allergic to any of the following medicines used for First-Aid in school.
FIRST AID /CAUSES
(A) Spasmidon, Pudin Hara (Stomach-ache )
(B) Crocin (Fever, Cold & Body-ache)
(C) Perinorm (Vomiting)
(D) Avil (Allergy)
(E) Dettol & Savlon (External Application)
Any other specific allergies/medications mut be notified below
In the event of an emergency, if Parents not able to reach in time. They have to permit the school to secure treatment for child on their behalf.
CELEBRATIONS
Occasional celebration
There will be special assemblies to educate & enlighten students about the culture, traditions, festivals, relogion and freedom fighters of India. These include Raksha Bandhan, Independence Day, Janamashtami, Teacher’s Day. Dusshera, Diwali, Children’s Day, Holi etc.
Birthday Celebrations
Each & Every Students’ Birthday will be celebrated in the school. Cake & Dinks. Music & Dance along with a B’Day gift be provided by the school It would be nice if parents could send some small gifts for his/her classmates only. However, this is not mandatory.
For the parents
Parents are requested to co-operate with the school by paying the attention to their ward’s punctuality regularity, & discipline. Please your ward to school In proper uniform e.g. bag, books, belt, swimming costumes, etc.
Cover the books & notebooks with transparent plastic cover instead of brown paper and make sure that the child does not scribble on them.
Check the Student’s Diary everyday and note the homework assigned to the ward or for other Instructions and ensure follow up actions.
Parents of children have to give an undertaking to the effect that they permit their ward for swimming/ skating at their own risk & school management will not be held responsible in case of any accident/injury.
Send Student’s Diary to School everyday along with a pair of shorts, panties, small hand towel, comb and swimming costume on the specified days.
Check the bag of your ward regularly to find out if any notice, invitation, etc. has been issued. Sign and acknowledge the receipt of all circulars or written messages sent by the school authorities.
