Fees Structure
The fees structure for schools typically includes tuition, fees, and other expenses.
Fee Procedure
1. School Fee should be paid in advance by 10th of first month of each quarter failing which a late fee fine of Rs. 20/- per day must be added in the cheque. In case, school dues are not paid by the end of the month, the name of the student will be stuck off from the school rolls without giving any notice in this regard.
2. Re-admission may be granted by the Principal on payment of re-admission fee Rs.1000/- and other dues subject to availability of seat.
3. Any child who has outstanding dues for the session will neither be allowed to take the final examination nor be considered for promotion to next class.
4. School dues should be paid at the reception from Monday to Saturday between Morning 8.30 to 12.00 noon preferably by cheque. Parents should send crossed cheque in favour of “Rajan DS Public School”.
5. If the fee cheque is dis-honoured by the bank, payment will be made only in cash, with a late fee fine. The same will be accepted at school counter. Further, bank charges of Rs.220/- or the current charges prevailing at the time will have to be paid.
Scan and Pay
TRANSPORT
1. For the safety of the child I-Card is must.
2. Transport availing child will not be handed over to the parents. The child will go back in the school transport only. In case of emergency Information should reach the school before 11:30 am or to the class teacher a day before.
3. Any temporary change of address or roule of the child will not be accepted. In case there is a permanent change in the address, kindly submit a written application for the same.
4. Parents are also requested to reach the stop five minutes prior to picking and dropping time.
5. Any verbal message through transport shall not be entertained.
6. You are requested not to send the fee amount (cheque/cash through the child.
WALKERS
1. The parents of walkers should drop the child in time to the school premises every morning, so that the child does not miss out any class activity. No child will be allowed to enter after 08:45/09:15 am.
2. The child will not be allowed to leave the school before 12:30/1:00 pm. Parents can take their ward after 12:50 1:00 pm from the walkers gate. Taking the child from the reception area is not permitted.

ACADEMIC TERMS
The School session begins from April and continues untill the end of March of the subsequent year. The session is divided into three terms.Continuous assessment of the progress and development of the child is conducted and reported for each term. A comprehensive assessment for the whole year (all terms) is given separately at the termination of the session.
PARENTS TEACHERS MEETING SEHEDULE
Interaction between parents and school authorities is necessary to ensure the best education for the child. The influence at home should supplement the efforts made at school. Both school and home should keep the child to form behavior patterns, healthy habits and positive attitudes in personal and social life. A joint endeavor shall help to groom the child in to a successful individual and national resource. Parents teachers meeting help in enhancing the co- opreative efforts of both. PTM will be held once in a month, time & date will be intimated in due course of time. The assessment cards will be given to the parents on the PTM.
